All sales rendered via Inkjetcloset are final. There will be no refunds rendered on any graphic or custom design orders. Inkjetcloset also reserves the right to deny any refund to sender without prior return approval. This applies to any design or service rendered through our online platform. In the event that items have been shipped and there’s a discrepancy, please contact customer service INKJETCLOSET@YAHOO.COM to resolve the issue. Otherwise, please be advised all sales are final.
Shipping Policy:
Upon completion and approval of each orders, items are shipped within a 7-14 business days turnaround following a brief processing period. (Next Day Shipping fee will be applied for all custom gown orders ) Tracking numbers will be sent after completion. Please make sure you send a verified address when sending orders to avoid items being returned to sender.
